We found municipalities that emphatically support the local policies & laws needed to accelerate & de-risk data center development timelines while offering developers competitive property & sales tax abatements where permitted by state law.
You'll get in touch with us. We'll chat. Once we've come to understand about your company's needs and expectations, we'll decide whether your project is a good fit for our community. If it is, we'll partner with you and bring our community to go found a new Data Town.
A sufficient number of our members will recruited to move onto or near your desired development site, then we'll get to work incorporating a new municipality to encompasses it. (This proceess varies state by state, but is often a non-discretionary, ministerial matter for county governments)
Once we've established our municipality and data center development has begun, we will continue the development of a bona fide new town next to it, using the abated - but still considerable - tax revenue from your data center as an economic anchor for our new community.
10% of $30 billion is still $3 billion on the property tax rolls, after all.As a group of individuals who genuinely desire to build a new town that is economically anchored by one or more data centers, we're far better positioned to absorb and defuse the legal, political, and media scrutiny that a data center developer would surely face if they attempted to (e.g.) incorporate their own "company town", in order to route around the will of bona fide local residents.
